Rj graduated from the University of Denver in 2002 with a degree in Business Administration, where he also competed as a Division I collegiate soccer player. The discipline, preparation, and competitive mindset developed through high-level athletics continue to shape the way he represents his clients today.

Before focusing full-time on real estate, Rj built a 20-year career in enterprise sales in the ever changing Telecom Industry. Consistently performing among the top sales professionals in the country, he developed extensive experience negotiating complex deals, advising executives, and structuring multi-million-dollar agreements. Those same strategic negotiation skills now serve his real estate clients when timing, leverage, and attention to detail matter most.

Rj’s entrepreneurial spirit also led him to found CrossFit Omnia, which quickly became one of the most recognized CrossFit gyms in the world. Within two years, the gym grew to more than 175 members and developed a reputation for coaching elite athletes. Under Rj’s leadership and coaching, the team achieved a top-15 finish worldwide at the CrossFit Games. Building that community reinforced a philosophy Rj carries into his real estate business today: success comes from preparation, consistency, and treating every client with the same level of care and commitment.

Since becoming a licensed broker in 2009, Rj has closed hundreds of transactions ranging from $350,000 to over $3 million while consistently ranking among the top agents in his market. Clients often describe him as knowledgeable, responsive, and refreshingly low-pressure — someone who takes the time to understand their goals, guide them through the process, and advocate for their best interests at every stage of the transaction.
